18 Minute Spudíní

Ingredients (serves 2-3 as a side dish)

  • 400g baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons of your favourite seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop potatoes into bite size pieces
  2. Pop your potatoes into a hot air fryer and spray with a little cooking oil (or coat with a teaspoon of oil before frying)
  3. Cook them on full heat for 15 minutes, shaking occasionally
  4. Shake half of the seasoning over the potatoes and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  5. Shake the rest of seasoning over the potatoes before serving in a warm dish
  6. Tip – microwave your potatoes for 4-5 minutes first to speed up air frying time
