Easy Bake Air Fryer Potatoes

The easiest baked potato on earth!

Ingredients (to serve 4)

  • 4 medium Rooster potatoes
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil or cooking spray

Garnish Options

  • 1 tbsp crème fraiche and 1 tbsp of chopped chives, or
  • 100g diced Chorizo and 50g of grated cheddar

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 190°C. Pierce each potato with a fork.
  2. Microwave the potatoes for 3-4 minutes on full heat.
  3. Brush or spray each potato with oil and cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until soft when pierced with a fork.
  4. Take potatoes out of the Air Fryer, cut a cross shape on the top and gently squeeze the sides of the potato.
  5. Serve with your favourite garnish.
